#NYFW Fashioff's Picks

Da circa una settimana da New York sono partire le sfilate che vedono protagonista il pret-a-porter della prossima stagione Fall/Winter 12.

Come di consueto la settimana della moda newyorchese è caratterizzata da una moda per lo più dal daily look, il senso pratico della donna americana è portavoce di marchi storici come Donna Karan, Micheal Kors, Carolina Herrera e il tanto amato dalla Signora Wintour, Oscar della Renta. Marchi che soprattutto in tempi di crisi preferisco un approccio conservatore e con note di creatività dettate solo dagli abbinamenti colori a volte inconsueti.

A far divertire il popolo fashion, l'unico definibile "genio" incontrastato della moda degli anni zero: Marc Jacobs, che nell'ispirarsi ad una Alice in Wonderland, ha creato un mood fiabesco e magico, con grossi cappelli in velluto, stampe paisly, di grande tendenza e nuovi volumi su gonne, cappotti e abiti.

Il club degli stilistici asiatici non ha deluso, le loro innovazioni nei tagli e nelle forme danno sempre una nota di freschezza alla kermesse americana. E poi ci sono quelli che vengono definiti lo zoccolo duro della moda di New York, i portabandiera, Diane Von Furstemberg e Ralph Lauren. La prima, la regina del "wrap dress", ci rallegra con note bicolor e il secondo, il re del look country chic, ci propone una donna che indossa i capi di un uomo affascinato dal dandismo della fine '800.
